The Perdomo Family Farmstead
The Perdomo Family Farmstead was founded fifteen years ago. Starting out on one acre and eventually moving twenty minutes north to where the farm resides today. From building the first chicken coop, to building each part of our own house, God has shown His faithfulness each step of the way.
The farmstead now includes a garden, a blackberry patch, dozens of fruit trees, a vineyard, goats, sheep, chickens, and livestock guardian dogs.
In addition, the farm hosts classes on milling flour, baking bread, canning, cheese making, and more. We also host a yearly Vineyard Keeping program.
Welcome to our page and enjoy a glimpse into our farm life and how God is still showing us His faithfulness each step of the way.
As a family, we designed and built our house from the ground up. What a journey it was! We love to share how the Lord guided every step of the way and how through His faithfulness, our sacrifice, and hard work it was accomplished.
The Goats
Our herd consists of Lamanchas. We show them around the state and use their amazing milk to make cheese, yogurt, and more. Our children work hard taking care of them and training them. That hard work has paid off as Isabel and Melina have won Champion of Champions at the Florida State Fair many times, with Isabel winning overall and serving as a State Fair Ambassador her junior and senior years.
